Cycling & Transit

Get where you need to go by combining your bike ride with a bus ride. All Halifax Transit buses are equipped with front bicycle racks, and all ferries have multiple bicycle racks.

 

E-bikes, E-Scooters and Fat Tire Bikes are now allowed on Halifax Transit Ferries. Find more information under Bikes on Ferries on Policies & Guidelines | Halifax Transit | Halifax.
